Understand how you can make improvements to Google Ads to provide a comprehensive view of your content targeting and make it simpler

With Google’s content policy, your ads are automatically blocked from being seen on inappropriate content. Additionally, content exclusion lets you control where your ads are shown. It even helps you exclude content that may not be appropriate for your brand, even if it aligns with Google policies. Note that this feature may limit your campaign performance.

Find all types of content targeting in the side menu of Google Ads under “Content” heading. As you can see, under the content tab, it is categorized into Topics, Placements, Display/Video Keywords and Exclusions.
